I'm a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have over 8 years experience working in mental health in both a counselling and workplace setting.
Through my counselling, I have supported clients on a range of issues including anxiety, bereavement, depression, loneliness and trauma.
In addition to my counselling role, I have extensive experience working within the public sector as a Mental Health Advisor, leading on the publication of guidance, training and benchmarking of mental health practices. I work with organisations to help them define their wellbeing strategy and action plan to provide a healthy and well environment for all employees.
I am particularly interested in preventing poor mental health as well as improving and maintaining mental wellness. I use proven tools and techniques to enhance psychological wellbeing and emotional resilience and regularly deliver talks to help employees improve their mental health.
